DNT Series High Speed Washer
DNT Series High Speed Washer is mainly used to remove filler, ash and small ink particles in washing and thickening section of paper industry. It is also used to wash and thicken the pulp to enhance its whiteness and make it suitable for papermaking.
Features:
· The machine is compact, covers small area, and consumes less energy. Totally closed structure makes clean environment.
· The removal ratio of ash and tiny ink particles is as high as 90% or above. Whiteness can be raised largely.
· The pulp inlet consistency is as low as 0.8-1.0%, while pulp outlet is as high as 10-12%.
· It is suitable for wide range of pulp: ONP, OMG, MOW pulping.
